Can beginners start here?: Absolutely. Start with Cloud Foundations, then pick a vendor and track. Prerequisites are clearly listed for each course.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?: Yes. Contact us for team seats, centralized billing, and progress reporting. Volume discounts apply for 10+ learners.
How often is content updated?: We revise labs quarterly and quickly update modules for breaking changes or new services. Our public roadmap is on the About page.
Do you provide refunds?: We offer a 14-day satisfaction window for self-paced courses that have not been substantially consumed. See Terms for details.

How long do I keep course access?: You keep access for at least 12 months from purchase, and updates within that period are included.
